These terms and conditions govern the use of consumer products and services on the website stelsbicycle.com of VELOMOTORS.
You confirm that you have read the Agreement and consent to its terms, and you agree to provide the Contractor and/or the Contractor's authorized representatives with personal data about yourself. If you do not agree with one or more clauses of the Agreement, or do not agree to provide your personal data to the Contractor and/or the Contractor's authorized representatives, we kindly ask you to refuse the Contractor's services.
1. Personal data collected, stored and processed by the Contractor
1.1. To fully provide services to the Customer, the Contractor collects, stores and processes the Customer's personal data.
1.2. The personal data collected, stored and processed by the Contractor includes:
1.2.1. First name, last name, email address, phone number, company name (in cases when such information is provided);
1.2.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the network from the Customer's device: IP address, information from cookies, information about the browser or other program that the Customer uses to access the net and the specific website, date and time of access, the address of the requested page;
1.2.3. Other information about the Customer that the Contractor can reasonably regard as personal data.
2. General provisions. Purposes of using personal data
2.1. The Customer's personal data may be used hereunder for the following purposes:
a) To provide the Customer with information about the equipment, services, and services used by the Customer, as well as to provide information about goods and services that, in the opinion of the Contractor, may be of interest to the Customer;
b) for conducting surveys and marketing, statistical, and other research;
c) For the delivery of the ordered/agreed goods and providing other services to the Customer;
d) To inform the Customer about new services or products of the Contractor and/or the Contractor's partners. The Customer can be informed by various means of communication, including, but not limited to, mailing lists, email, telephone (including mobile phone), fax, the Internet;
e) To protect the interests of the Contractor;
f) For other legitimate purposes aimed at improving the quality of the services and products provided by the Contractor.
3. Collection, processing, storage and protection of personal data
3.1. Except as provided by law and this Agreement, the Contractor undertakes not to sell, provide for use, exchange or otherwise transfer the Customer's personal data to third parties without the Customer's express consent;
3.2. The Сontractor has the right to provide the Customer's personal data to third parties if:
3.2.1 The Customer has expressly consented to the transfer of their personal data to third parties;
3.2.2. The transfer of the Customer's personal data is necessary for the provision of services to the Customer and/or for the processing of the Customer's personal data. If the Contractor transfers the Customer's personal data to third parties, the Contractor obliges the third parties to respect the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data;
3.2.3. The transfer, use or disclosure of such information is necessary for:
a) compliance with any applicable laws and regulations;
b) solving and/or eliminating technical problems that have occurred;
c) protection of the Contractor's interests.
3.3. If the Contractor makes a full or partial sale or other transfer of its assets, the recipient of the assets will bear all the obligations to maintain the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data provided for herein.
4. Protection of the Customer’s Personal Data
4.1. The Contractor takes all necessary measures to protect the Customer's personal data. However, the Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the security of the devices that the Customer uses to access the Internet and the information stored on these devices;
4.2. The Customer confirms and agrees that they are personally responsible:
4.2.1. For ensuring the security of the device (personal computer, mobile device, etc.) which the Customer uses to visit websites;
4.2.2. For storing information: passwords, account information, etc.
5. Customer consent to the provision of personal data to the Contractor
5.1. By using the Contractor's services and/or interacting with stelsbicycle.com website, the Customer expressly agrees to provide the Contractor and the Contractor's authorized representatives with the Customer's personal data for storing, subsequent processing and use of this data;
5.2. The Customer is obliged to keep their personal data up-to-date;
5.3. This Agreement may be terminated by the Customer at any time, subject to notification served to the Contractor 14 days in advance;
5.3.1. The customer can send the Contractor a notice of termination of the Agreement by registered mail with a description of the attachment, or hand the notification in person to the authorized representative of the Contractor.
